Carlos Huddleston, P.E. - Managing Principal/Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Huddleston joined Gonzalez Companies, LLC in June of 2007.  He currently manages and oversees all of Gonzalez Companies construction related activities which include, Construction Management, Construction Administration, Construction Inspection and Material Inspections.  Mr. Huddleston has over 22 years of professional experience in heavy and highway, commercial and residential construction.  Mr. Huddleston worked through college and graduated from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  He is also a registered Engineer in the states of Missouri, Illinois, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Kansas.  Mr. Huddleston has managed and coordinated large construction contracts ranging in value from less than a $1,000,000 to over $110,000,000.  These projects range over the Mid-West, from St. Louis to Omaha to Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City.  He has extensive experience in construction management, resource allocation, logistics, scheduling, contract payment, change order, design review for constructability, construction inspection, quality assurance, quality control, and project closeout.

R. Patrick Judge, P.E. - Managing Principal/Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Judge joined Gonzalez Companies, LLC in 2005.  He has 15 years of experience providing construction management, design and planning services.   While working through college to support his education, Mr. Judge graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.  Formerly in his career, Mr. Judge served as the Assistant City Engineer for the City of O'Fallon, Illinois.  Through his work experiences, Mr. Judge gained extensive knowledge on roadway, transportation, water and sewer projects in addition to developing and implementing policies and procedures for many city construction projects.  As a registered Engineer in Missouri, Illinois, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Indiana, Mr. Judge is familiar with municipalities' unique engineering needs.  Mr. Judge understands the demands of aging infrastructure accompanied with major budget limitations. In addition, Mr. Judge understands the need to complete a project in a cost effective manner without compromising the integrity of the system to minimize maintenance costs.  Mr. Judge has managed projects ranging in value from $50,000 to over $650,000,000.
